Eugenio Jacchia Fund

This small fund consists of 29 letters (+ 2 attachments) typewritten and autographed by Guglielmo Marconi, sent by Marconi to his lawyer Jacchia.

The chronology spans from February 23rd 1921 – July 10th 1936.

The letters regard predominantly the management of the Pontecchio estate, taken care of by his lawyer.

They were donated to the Guglielmo Marconi Foundation in March 2009 by a heir, Piero Olivo, Dean of the Department of Engineering at the University of Ferrara (Eugenio was his mother's grandfather).

Giancarlo dalle Donne has edited the Fund's inventory. pdf_button

Paolo Fabbrifabbri

I'd like to say that we reread Marconi beginning with the future. Speaking of Mc Luhan, we reread the present in the past; speaking instead about real time of electronics, we reread the past beginning with the future. The correct interpretation is that the future, through the present, moves towards the past. This is a new concept for humanity.
